This caught my eye . Ive been asked lots of questions in the gym lately about this! Especially as I teach multiple weighted classes designed to help support muscle growth . There are Lots of people new to lifting and the sensation of lifting while muscles are under tension at the gym. The soreness that can sometimes follow can be quite a surprise! . This sums it up quite nicely soreness for a few days is quite normal if youve changed or started a new program or started lifting for the very first time. . . #doms #lifting #gymlife
