I find it really funny how anyone with a bit of muscle wants to give me tips at the gym. Now that Im training for my gym fitness instructor certification I can see how many of those tips are just WRONG. My first and foremost concern working out is my health: bone density and strength effective oxygen flow and volume healthy posture etc. And muscle growth is cool too but its a secondary goal in any case which I can already see progress in too.
